I didn't see Gabriel in the last episode, but there was a scene when the extra was going shotgun massacre on everyone and the Director of Photography was weaving from the path of all the bullets. Apparently, this was an homage to Richard Speight Jr who was always dodging weapons people were throwing at him. Is this what you meant?
