I think even while going with the whole concept of them already being in love, you did a wonderful job of portaying both aspects of their relationship. The dark, and the light. And you gave enough insight to help the reader form their own way of how they got from point A to point B.

They probably are a sitcom knowing them. And I think they like to call each other on it.
