The Five Things Challenge!
The 'Five Things' Challenge!
Comment on this post with a 'five things' prompt for one of the fandoms listed below and I will answer with five alternate responses to the prompt, e.g. "Five People Rodney Banned From His Lab" (Stargate Atlantis), "Five Times Batman Called on Nightwing for Help" (Batman), "Five Things Gabriel Misses of Heaven" (The Prophecy), etc.
As this is very experimental, five prompts will be available per fandom -- if this works well the number might expand the next time around. Lurkers welcome, I don't have to know you if you'd like to request something. You can request as many as you like, so long as it's still available on the list.
Five Prompts Fandoms (bolded numbers next to fandom name indicate how many prompts are taken):
[+] X-Men (movie!verse) [5]
[+] Batman (movie!verse) [5]
[+] Hellboy (movie!verse) [4]
[+] The Prophecy [3]
[+] Superman Returns [2]
[+] Pirates of the Caribbean [2]
[+] Heroes [1]
[+] Supernatural
[+] Stargate (Movie)
[+] Stargate SG-1
[+] Stargate Atlantis
[+] Firefly/Serenity [3]
[+] Tekken

Re: Hellboy: 5 Times Being Bright Red Sucked
#2 -- Thank you! 'Economy of language' is not a compliment I'll often get with my overflowing drabbles. XD
#3 -- Heehee, I have no idea when the BPRD moved to New Jersey or when the three superheroes came together, but I couldn't help myself. I had to see junior heroes play a game where HB's powerful redness would be a serious drawback.
#4 -- Well, Hellboy certainly thinks so, haha.
#5 -- Hey, I found out that DC and Dark Horse crossed over Batman and Hellboy several years ago (with Starman as well)! PING! Crossover opp! so, can you pick our trailing photojournalist? :DDD
I really need to get my hands on this crossover comic.
Re: Hellboy: 5 Times Being Bright Red Sucked
#2: Well, there is something to be said for overflow of wonderful language, as well ^_^ Both forms are hard to pull off well and you switch back and forth with ease. ^_^
#3: Well, I have no idea either, so no problems on my end ;) And I loved the way you used the prompt to write that, hehehe! 'Cause you know it had to happen at some point.
#5: Wait, you said blond hair... Jimmy? (Or do I just have a lot of Jimmy on the brain? Actually, you don't need to answer that, because it's a total resounding YES. *g*)
I ♥ crossovers. If I were a rich millionaire I'd just commission awesome crossover comics all the livelong day.

:}
Hey, is your icon Octavius and the cowboy from Night at the Museum? Because if it is... oh, joy.

JEDEDIAH: I'm not quittin' on you!
TRUCK TYRE: Hiss.
Oh, oh, my Brokeback joy is complete. I don't think my parents understood why I laughed as hard as I did.
And I love that Jedediah managed to get Octavius into the stocks despite all the Roman soldiers -- those two had the best sequences of that entire film. I have to say Ahkmenrah wasn't bad looking either, I was really confuddled at first when the Egytian Pharoah had an English accent.
Re: Hellboy: 5 Times Being Bright Red Sucked
Akmenrah was all kinds of Egyptian hottie. I'm tempted to wrack my brain for some other equally hot historical character to slash him with. *g*
