Gabriel potentially coming back, if she can make it work. Sadly, I agree w/ your friend's interpretation of Gamble's comment re: Adam, I highly doubt she'd give him screen time again and rather address his situation off-screen.
I haven't been that interested in this past season myself, but recurring Death has been my favourite thing. Go, Death Squad.
