I'm hoping it's just Sam remembering stuff in bits and pieces, because the binary thing would suck. There is so much potential for the Cage memories and they could work on that. (That and I want to hope Jake will come back to the show, either as Michael or Adam. Can you imagine how hilarious a team him and Mark would make as Sam's hallucinations? Mark's already getting all the best lines.) And naturally since he was fixated of Lucifer, those are the first few hallucinations.
