Gratuitous gloating post. That's really all this is.
So, about two days ago Transformers was released in Australia, ahead of the American release date of July 4th.
I went along with some friends (and friends of friends) last night to see it, expecting a handful of nice effects, 'splosions and not much else.
I was quite pleasantly surprised.
( Super-advanced robot.... It's gotta be Japanese. )

necromage enjoyed it so much she insisted we see it again when we went into the city this afternoon. Now, I'm very tired, but kind of happy I've managed to see it twice before it's even come out in most (or all) of America. Go see it and enjoy.
