My dearheart, I ship it ALL, but it would primarily be Alex/Hank and Charles/Erik (definitely X-Men: First Class though). I'm thinking something non-AU and much, much smaller in scope than the accident of spn_j2_bigbang, but I'd love your help with ideas. Who do you 'ship?

And thank you so much *blushes* you are so sweet. Though OMGYES YOU COULD BE MY ARTIST AGAIN! :D What mad person would say no? I'd be honoured and that would be awesome! ♥♥♥♥♥ (Is it okay with the rules to organise these things beforehand?)

Ooh, yes, I did get the art! Sorry, I haven't replied yet - I was at work when I had my first look and my face was like ^---------^ (I did love it! The atmosphere of it made me sort of sad, will burble properly in email, I loved it so much!) but because I was at work, I couldn't reply. Then I wanted to reply with the finished draft and headaches kicked in instead, but today! Today writing is in my plans! :D

I love Erik/Charles and Hank/Alex lol, the last pairing took my by surprise but its really growing on me and I am so glad to see its a popular ship in first class fandom. I really love the other X-Men movies though and Bobby/John and Logan/Scott. The I LOVE non AUs (AUs are fun but I want more canon fics lol, with happy endings).

I think I am going to do a Track Two for this big bang too lol (did one for the Inception big bang) where authors and artists sign up together AND OMFG I WOULD BE SO BEYOND HONORED TO BE YOUR ARTIST!!!!! I feel so lucky having you as an artist and your fics!!!!

and YAY I am looking forward to it! I got hit by inspiration and its some of my favorite big bang art I've done. You can do it!!!! This story is so epic and you gave me a new ship I didn't even know I had, but now its right behind Dean/Castiel for me :D

Like the majority of people who walked out of the cinema seeking fic, I immediately needed Erik/Charles and there's been so much wonderful goodness for them, but most of it has been angsty (as you'd expect). The angst has been amazing and delicious -- and the light-hearted ones have been just as great, if fewer -- I was happy for a change when I first realised people were prompting for Alex/Hank.

Alex/Hank are a little more straightforward, but they'd have their own problems and like most side pairings it snuck up and stole my brain.

For a split second after you reminded me how much I also adore Bobby/John and Logan/Scott, I thought, "A story about the Summers brothers across four movies and all the people they loved and lost along the way, while going in and out of each other's lives?"

But no! NO. It is TOO LONG. XD I want something simple after this big bang. Maybe I could do it if I wrote it in an abbreviated vignette style... no! Stop it, brain.

LOL, however you want to sign-up together, you tell me because I'm still new to all this big bang business and I'm not fussed. Just point me in the right direction and I'll follow you! Mutual honour will be ours. :D ♥

Have you watched the movie yet? WATCH THE MOVIE. <3 I won't lie, my brain literally hurts, but while writing is one of those things I just can't stop, I'm going to aim for something a little more modest with this X-Men big bang. The minimum word count is 15,000w and, you know me, because I'm incapable of shutting up a short story is easily 3,500w in my books. XD

I hope your big bang is going well, my dear, and close to wrapping up! I can't wait to see it, such excite I has! :D I think I know where I'm going with the final scenes, but these characters have a tendency to surprise me, oh, and thank you for your feedback the other day! It was just what I needed, I'll get back to you soon -- hopefully with the full finished draft. Then it's off to beta town!

And before you think of calling me crazy again, have I told you yet that I'm also planning a SPN crime family!AU for my NaNo this year with the Winchesters, Harvelles, Milligans, Campbells, with every angel and demon? It'll probably kill me. 'Crazy' is now warranted. 50,000w in one month isn't kind to the human brain. X3 (I am open to interventions.)

I SAW IT! IT WAS WONDERFUL! Really, I'm usually very impressed by the X-Men movies and this one was especially lovely. And don't fret, I'm the same way with overly long fics (as you know by now). I start at the planning stage with about 3k, and it somehow worms it's way up to at least 10, unless it's a quick prompt fill, and even those usually require two comment boxes worth of characters. xDD

BB is going well! I have but one chapter to fix up, but because I'd left my artist hanging for long enough, I gave her the final chapter of my rough draft, which ties up the same loose ends, but badly. I will be eagerly awaiting your final draft, and I'm glad my feedback helped. Actually, if the scene in question is with the rest of the story, I'm positive all discrepancies will fade, anyway. I know it's going to be perfect! ♥

And you ARE crazy, but you're crazy brilliant, so while I'll worry for your sanity, at least I'll be praising your brain simultaneously. I remember you mentioned a crime family AU, but that it was going to be NaNo length I didn't know. GOOD LUCK, DEAR! If you need a cheerleader or beta for anything else, I'M HERE FOR YOU! :D

I'm glad you enjoyed it, I think it was on par with X-Men 1, which was good, leaving even more room for improvement for graduation to X-Men 2.

Haha, it sounds like you and I could stand to challenge ourselves to a proper short story. 760w or less as seems to be the approx comment limit. But I do love it when you get carried away. <3

It's so good to hear you're up to the final chapter! So proud of you! I have faith you'll tie up those loose ends and I'm here if you need to kick it around some more. Can we please please please switch places and you can entertain my wonderful friends for an evening or teach me how to say 'no' to impromptu burger adventures or panda-fu movie premieres because I have the entire final segment plotted out, but I've had not the time to write it. I think less than 760w would be physically impossible for me. The least I can do is probably 1k, though on rare occasions I can probably slightly hit less, lol.

I'd love to switch places with you so you can get that final segment done, but I think the process of transferring would take too long. On the bright side, that panda-fu movie happens to be really adorable, and burger adventures are always fun! Eeee, I'm so happy you're almost at the final threshold!
