THREE SENTENCE AU MEME
Give me pairings (or characters). Give me an AU setting. I will write you a three-sentence fic.

I will also finally be responding to comments and getting down to work on the draft of xmenbigbang this morning. I have a week (and a clear outline, thankfully). Stranger miracles have happened. ;P

The story will follow the Brotherhood after the end of X-Men: First Class with background Charles/Erik, Erik/Raven, Azazel/Riptide, and Alex/Hank/Sean, but they're incidental to the story.

What are people's opinions on listing background character relationships when the movement is primarily gen?

Gabriel may own the business, but he has no taste for management and since Michael took up the position, he barely leaves the back office, Raphael terrifies the customers, and Gabriel is thankful he has at least one ally in Lucifer to make their sales.

But nobody is manning the floor when Gabriel rings the front bell on Sunday morning, Raphael and Lucifer stumble out of Michael’s office a moment later, and Gabriel watches Raphael fix her hair as Lucifer reties the neck of her apron before nudging Gabriel towards that back office with a smirk.

“Your turn,” Lucifer says, familiar heat in his eyes, and – wait, is he serious – a glance at Raphael confirms Gabriel’s suspicions when she combs finger through her hair with an almost forgotten smile and Gabriel can’t wait to see the mess they’ve left of Michael across that desk.

And so the mission to extract Michael from the back office would continue, but you know if Gabriel was running the candy shop, it'd have good stock! ;D

I would love to see the way Lucifer charms the pants off all the customers, while Gabriel is the good-natured one who'd keep them all laughing and buying, but Raphael would have to be kept as far away from customers, at least until she'd learned how to interact well with others!
